FiveThirtyEight made a dataset showing all the mentions of 2016 political candidates in hip-hop from 1998. An interresting aspect from this dataset, was the positive mentions Donald Trump got before he anounced his presidency. Even then, artists praised him for his money, power and luxurious lifestyle.
